Breathing exercises
Breath control plays a key role in managing emotions. The simple act of breathing consciously, slowly, and in a controlled manner helps reduce your stress.
- Inhale through your nose.
- Exhale through your mouth.
- Breathe by inflating your lower abdomen rather than your chest.
Calm Crisis
A quick little exercise that helps relieve a lot of stress very quickly.
Get comfortable, relax…
Take a deep breath, then exhale quickly and completely. Hold your breath for 5 seconds, then breathe normally.
inspirer = inhale / expirer = exhale
Feel free to repeat this little exercise with your eyes closed!
